Your subscription will always begin with our current issue, which will be mailed immediately. If you wish to customize your subscription to include future or back issues, please email us at subscriptions@puregreenmag.com.

How long will it take to reach me?
How long will it take to reach me?
We ship within 1-5 days of receiving your order. Within Canada we ship via Canada Post, which is untrackable but delivery times are estimated at 2-4 business days, with exception of Northern and remote areas, which can take up to 8.
US and International orders ship via USPS, which is untrackable but delivery times are estimated at 2-8 business days. International orders may take longer.
Canadian orders are shipped from Ontario, and US/International orders from NY.

How are the magazines printed?
How are the magazines printed?
We print in Toronto using speciaized, state-of-the-art waterless technology (which saves tons of water and chemical run-off) by Warrens Waterless Printing. Our papers are 100% post-consumer recyled, made in Canada, chlorine-free and produced using bio-fuel. Our inks are non-toxic, vegetable based.
We have taken the greatest care to ensure that our magazines have the smallest ecological footprint possible.

If you've recently purchased a subscription, upon signing up you created a password. Using your email as username, you can now log in (upper right hand corner of our site) and change your address information.

What do I get with a digital subscription?
What do I get with a digital subscription?
Our digital subscriptions include access to content regularly seen only in print. Pure Green is a print magazine first, and as our premium subscribers, the print option gets access to new issues first. We release features for our digital subscribers from our archives of past and current issues on a weekly basis and will email you when new articles have been added. All content available to digital subscribers is archived here.

Are there iPad versions for digital subscribers?
All content for our digital subscribers is hosted on our website. The archives are found here. We do not make iPad specific versions of each issue, however our website is responsive and can be viewed comfortably on any screen.
That said, we experimented with iPad editions in the past, and have versions available for Volumes 4, 5, and 6. We did not continue developing these versions because the cost was prohibitve and visibility within iTunes low. Hosting content on our own site allows greater interaction with our customers and is more accessible for us.

Simply put, a community membership is a totally FREE membership that grants you access to valuable, gorgeous and highly inspiring content on our site. We are working on adding other features to this membership in the near future, but for now this membership allows us to interact and get to know you better in order to serve you best. It is completely risk-free, we just want to be friends!

Yes. We use email to communicate with our highly valued and treasured community, digital and print subscribers. We do not abuse this priveledge, and respect your privacy at all times. Our emails include weekly roundups of all the great things that happened in the week, which is a convenient email to receive as you can pick and choose content to read at the click of a mouse without having to remember to always check the site. We may also send you the occasional special offer or bonus content—as a small, independent publisher, we depend on reader support, and so yes, we will keep you updated on the amazing paid options within PGM, but we will always do it with respect and graciousness.
Of course, you can unsubscribe at any time, but we sincerely hope you won't as you will miss out!
