Something I love about each new issue is the new friends I get to make. Russell Gibbs is one of those people! My experience working with him on his article for the new issue, titled State of Discovery, was amazing and although we haven't yet had a chance to meet I look forward to when we do! I wanted to introduce you to Rusell and invite you to check out Gibbs Honey and read his interview in the new issue if you haven't yet. "An idyllic parcel of land, with mixed pines, wildflower, clover, surrounded by hay fields and cow / horse pasture, the bees have an almost year round, healthy and diverse diet, which is what makes our honey so special."
