Inspiration | Spring Herbs

There's lots still to do, but as promised earlier in the week there will be some fun stuff coming up in the weeks to come. You will meet our COVER, some new contributors, get a sneak peek and more. In the meantime, this pretty herb poster illustrated by Amy Borrell felt timely for our new issue, and besides, the weather where I live is so gorgeous (albeit rather unseasonal....) I'm already eyeing up my herb planters!! Which herbs are your favourite? In my household, Jonathan (PGM Food Editor) and I can't live without Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Cilantro, Parsley and Mint.
